Welcome to Agrabah, City of Enchantment, where every beggar has a story and every camel has a tail! All of your favorite characters are here in this stage adaptation of the Disney hit, including Aladdin, Jasmine, and of course, the Genie. Filled with magic, mayhem, and flying carpet rides, audiences' spirits will soar with excitement. Most of all, the tuneful, Academy award-winning score with songs including "A Whole New World" and "Friend Like Me" will certainly make this musical a favorite for many years to come!

Masterpiece Performing Arts will conduct audtions for it's production of "Aladdin, Jr." Students must be registered to audition. Students can check out www.broadwayjr.com website and click on "Audition Central" to see information on the musical and character breakdown.

Students can enroll for audition online or submit registration form by mail. Click here for "Aladdin, Jr." enrollment details.

Auditions:
Auditions will be at Masterpiece Performing Arts. Auditions begin Monday, August 23, 2010 through Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Students should plan to be there all three days and prepared to come back for Callbacks.

Callbacks:
Thursday, August 26, 2010 from 4-6 p.m.

Production Class Schedule:
Rehearsals will be at Masterpiece Performing Arts. Classes begin Tuesday, September 7, 2010 and continue through the show every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4-6 p.m.

Performance Schedule:
Aladdin, Jr. performances will be at the Lake City Community Performing Arts Center.

Show 1 - Friday, November 19, 2010 at 7 p.m. (Opening Night)

Show 2 - Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2 p.m.

Show 3 - Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 7 p.m.
